Buying a holiday home is rarely a snap decision, and we’re glad of that. Most of our owners take a few weeks — sometimes a few months — between first walking the park and signing for their keys. That’s the right pace.

The process below is the one we use with every buyer. Some steps move quickly, others want time to breathe. Our job is to keep things clear: no pressure, no surprise costs, no hidden small print.

Park visits are by appointment so you get an unhurried tour. We'll walk you through available pitches, let you step inside the homes that match your shortlist, and answer the questions you have — including the ones you didn't think to ask.

Choose Your Holiday Home (and pitch)

The holiday home and the pitch matter equally. Some owners fall for a lodge first, others for a particular spot on the park. Take your time. We'll happily hold a short list while you decide.

Talk Through Finance

Talk Through Finance

If you're spreading the cost we'll point you at the holiday home lenders we work with, and you can also bring your own. We'll talk through deposit, term and likely monthly figures so the numbers are real before you commit.

Reserve Your Holiday Home

Reserve Your Holiday Home

A reservation deposit holds the home for you while we get the paperwork ready. We'll confirm the figure when you reserve — it comes off the final balance, and refund terms are explained clearly on the reservation form before you sign.

Sign And Pay

Sign And Pay

Contracts come through within a fortnight or so. We'll talk you through every line, agree a completion date, and you'll pay the balance (or finance is drawn down). We'll also confirm pitch fees, insurance and connections.

Move In

Move In

On completion day, the keys are yours. We'll meet you at holiday home, walk you through the systems, hand over your welcome pack and leave you to it. Most owners stay the first night.
