Pike, perch, trout and a flat dawn nobody else gets to. The whole point of the place is in the name.
Three Lochs Holiday Park is named for the three private fishing lochs threaded through it — Loch Ronald, Loch Heron and Black Loch. They sit within a few minutes’ walk of each other, but each one fishes differently. One holds pike to keep your arms busy. One’s known for its trout. One’s the deep, quiet one where nobody minds you sit until dark.
Day tickets are available at reception, and rods available to purchase from the on-site shop. There are pegs around each loch you can park beside. Fly anglers, coarse anglers and complete first-timers all welcome. The lochs are open year-round (weather and conditions permitting), and most days you’ll have a peg to yourself.
Meet Loch Ronald. The go-to loch for pike hunters and coarse fishing enthusiasts at Three Lochs Holiday Park. With some seriously impressive catches on record, this is a loch that rewards anyone who puts the time in.
Day tickets are £8.00 per person with up to 3 rods allowed, or if you’re planning a longer haul, bivvy sessions start from £22.00 for 2 days and 1 night. Fancy getting out on the water? Boat and kayak hire is available too, giving you even more ways to find your perfect spot.
Meet Loch Heron. A stunning loch offering some of the best coarse, carp and pike fishing at Three Lochs Holiday Park. Whether you’re after a quick day session or a full multi-night stay, Loch Heron has the options to match.
Day tickets come in at £12.00 per person with up to 3 rods allowed, or if you’re planning a proper stint, bivvy sessions start from £30.00 for 2 days and 1 night. Want to go all in? A season ticket at £200.00 covers both Loch Heron and Loch Ronald. However you want to fish it, you’re sorted.
Meet Black Loch. A top quality fly fishing experience stocked with brown, rainbow and blue trout, mainly 2 to 8lb specimens. If you’re after a challenge with a serious reward at the end of it, this is the loch for you.
Boat fishing sessions start from £18.00 for a half day, £24.00 for a full day or an evening session from 5pm to dusk. Pike fly fishing is available at £14.00 per person per day, or go all in with a season ticket for £100.00. Four two person boats are available so make sure you pre-book to guarantee your spot.

Do I need a rod licence?
Anglers fishing in Scotland don't need an Environment Agency licence (that's England and Wales). For our private lochs, a day ticket from reception is all you need.
Are day tickets available to non-residents?
Day tickets are primarily for lodge guests and holiday home owners. Non-resident anglers — get in touch and we'll let you know what's possible.
Can I keep what I catch?
Some catches yes, some catch-and-release. Rules vary by loch (and by species) — confirmed at reception when you collect your day ticket.
Is night fishing allowed?
Confirm with reception when you book your ticket — night fishing on certain lochs is sometimes permitted, weather and time of year depending.
Are there guided sessions?
Yes — we can arrange a couple of hours with a local angler who knows the lochs back to front. Particularly useful for first-timers or visiting fly anglers.
