Static caravans and lodges to call your own — sited on private pitches in 1,200 acres of South West Scotland, with year-round access and a full park’s worth of things to do.
Owning a holiday home shouldn’t feel like a leap. Done well, it’s quietly one of the better decisions a family makes – somewhere that’s yours, somewhere you actually want to be, ready and waiting for the next free weekend.
At Three Lochs that somewhere is the wooded edge of South West Scotland: three lochs you can fish or paddle in, hills to walk into, a heated indoor pool when the rain’s in, and a friendly bar at the end of the lane. Owners come to us from across Scotland, Cumbria and the North of England, and most stay with us for years.
Hand-picked, sited on the park and ready to view – bring boots and bring the kids. Take a look at just a few of our favourites below…

Most owners spread the cost rather than buy outright, and that’s straightforward to set up. We work with established holiday home lenders to offer terms from 5 to 15 years, with deposits usually starting at 20%. There’s no obligation to use a particular provider — many owners come with finance already arranged through their bank.
Our Facilities At A Glance
How much is a holiday home at Three Lochs?
Static caravans start from £24,995. Lodges and premier lodges run higher — see current stock for live pricing.
Can I live in a holiday home full-time?
No. Holiday homes at Three Lochs are for holiday and second-home use only, in line with our planning permission. The 12-month season means you can use yours any time of year, but it isn't a primary residence.
Are the running costs predictable?
Yes. Annual pitch fees are fixed each year, and other costs (utilities, insurance, gas) are clear and itemised. We'll talk you through everything before you commit.
