To book, get in touch with our team directly via the contact page and we'll check availability and confirm your dates. A deposit secures your stay, with the balance due closer to your arrival. Full terms will be confirmed when you book.
Arrival & Departure
• Check-in from 4pm
• Check-out by 10am
• Reception staffed 9am–5pm
• Late-arrivals can check-in at the "Duck or Grouse" Bar
• On-site car parking at every self-catering holiday home
Can I book a specific self-catering holiday home?
Yes — each holiday home is individually bookable on the calendar. Pick the one you like the look of and the dates available will appear on its page.
Are linen and towels provided?
Bed linen is provided but not towels.
Do you take stag or hen groups?
No, sorry — Three Lochs is a family park and we don't take stag, hen or single-sex large group bookings.
Is there an on-site shop?
There's a small basics shop at reception (milk, bread, eggs, treats, dog food). For a full shop, the supermarkets in Newton Stewart are a 15-minute drive.
