Indoor Swimming Pool
Heated, open March – November
MoreEight on-park ways to spend the day. Or the morning. Or the whole week, if you fancy. (And one of them’s a giant inflatable assault course on the loch.)
There are holiday parks where the activity list is one swimming pool and a games room. We’re not one of them. Three Lochs spreads across more than a thousand acres of Galloway countryside, and we’ve put nine things to do across it — proper ones, not afterthoughts. Top of the list, we’ll be honest, is the brand-new Aqua Park: a vast inflatable obstacle course on Loch Ronald that has more or less stolen the show since the day it launched.
Everything below is on the park and walkable from your self-catering holiday home or owner’s holiday home. Most are included with stays; the Aqua Park, jet skis and a couple of others are charged separately at sensible rates. Some need booking, most don’t. All of them work in the rain — the Aqua Park, particularly so.
Slides, trampolines, climbing walls, monkey bars, balance beams and a lot of cold water. Total-wipeout style fun without the TV crew — and far and away the most-talked-about thing on the park since the day it opened.
Hourly sessions. Wetsuits and buoyancy aids included. £20 per person, per hour. Open through the summer season.
